I have not received SKYFAM Welcome email?
If you have not received your email so far you should send mail to email to eltsupport@airindia.com stating 'that despite filling your form you have not been sent email, kindly either send new form or activate my SKYFAM account'.
If you are locked out of your SKYFAM account?
Write a mail to eltsupport@airindia.com asking for 'I am locked out of my account kindly send me password for resetting a new password."
How to change the date of an existing ticket on SKYFAM?
Open SKYFAM Home Page, scroll it down and you will see flight numbers of your ticket/tickets mentioned one by one. So identify the sector you like to change click Manage button to change dates.
How do I list the ticket issued for the year 2022-23 quota valid till September 2024?
Call Air India Call Centre on 18602331407 or 01242641407 and request for changing the date to a date when you wish to travel. Ask seat availability position and book the seat it will list you on the flight.
How do I change my personal details already entered like correction in name, family members names, passport etc
On SKYFAM raise a SERVICE REQUEST which is on the extreme right hand side of the page and type your problem and submit. It will be resolved in 24 hours on weekdays.
